Oranges can be used in many different ways; besides the pulp and peel also the leaves can be used as a basic ingredient for a tea blend. The leaves contain essential oils which creates an exotic taste. In the Asian cuisine crunched leaves are also used to spice traditional dishes.
Orange Leaves have a calming effect, which is why they are mainly recommended when having stress or being nervous. They also have a very relaxing effect and furthermore foster sleepiness. Finally due to the anticonvulsant effect they can be also used for stomach cramps.
